Every time you place an order with us each figure will be individualy bubble wrapped. Packaged with care and collectors in mind.
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that we have received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information.
Please allow up to 3-5 business days for order processing. Once your order has shipped, you will generally receive your package in 2-3 days for domestic orders. Refer to your tracking number for more detailed shipping information.
Yes! We ship all over the world. Shipping costs will be determined at checkout. If you have any issues at checkout please contact us at kayfabetoys@gmail.com.
In box figures may not be returned if opened or damaged after delivery. Product may be returned if you contact us within 14 days of delivery date. Please email kayfabetoys@gmail.com with an order confirmation number. International customers, we are not responsible for any damage that occurs from random customs inspections.
We completely get it, we change our minds too! If you contact us before your item has been shipped we can cancel your order. After your item has been shipped all sales are final.
The estimated time frame for each pre order will be listed in the product title and description. The time frame is subject to change. If it changes the product listing will be updated. If you purchase a in stock and pre order item in the same order, it will not ship until the pre order is available. Please place a seperate order if you want your in stock item to ship first.
