Shipping & Packaging

How will my order be packaged?

Every time you place an order with us each figure will be individualy bubble wrapped. Packaged with care and collectors in mind.

What is the shipping process?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that we have received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information.

When will I receive my order?

Please allow up to 3-5 business days for order processing. Once your order has shipped, you will generally receive your package in 2-3 days for domestic orders. Refer to your tracking number for more detailed shipping information.

Do you ship international?

Yes! We ship all over the world. Shipping costs will be determined at checkout. If you have any issues at checkout please contact us at kayfabetoys@gmail.com.

Returns

What is the return policy?

All sales are final after they have been shipped out.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! If you contact us before your item has been shipped we can cancel your order. After your item has been shipped all sales are final.

Pre orders

When will my pre order ship?

The estimated time frame for each pre order will be listed in the product title and description. The time frame is subject to change. If it changes the product listing will be updated. If you purchase an in stock and pre order item in the same order, it will not ship until the pre order is available. Please place a separate order if you want your in stock item to ship first.

Do you buy collections?

Yes! Please email us at kayfabetoys@gmail.com if you are interested in selling your collection. We are mostly looking for Elites and Ultimates.
